Ukraine - Hungary
We have a little church in Tiszabecs, which is a village at the border. The church building is opened for the refugees who are coming from Ukraine. We collect food and money to meet their needs. We cook them meals and provide them basic supplies there, and help with transportation if needed. They can also spend the night there, if needed, and it has just been offered to us to use another building near the church as a temporary shelter for the people who are coming (the church is always full). There are a lot of children, so our volunteers entertain them as well.
Today we were able to take food to the other side of the border, to Transcarpathia, there are a lot of people in need also. We have volunteers who can help with medical service, there are a lot of children, and adults also who are really weak after arriving. A lot of people are coming, so your support is really appreciated.
