OUTREACH IN SABINOV & SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES (SLOVAKIA)
Through a partnership with other Christian Ministry, we operate weekday feeding centers for children in Jarovnice and Sabinov. After school, children come regularly to receive meals, care, and encouragement in a safe and welcoming environment. This ongoing outreach meets practical needs while building relationships and sharing the love of Christ.
In addition, we have planted four churches in nearby communities where there is little to no regular support. Despite limited resources, we continue to hold consistent worship services and outreach gatherings in these areas.
A key part of our ministry is weekly community outreach events, where we gather people from surrounding villages for open-air services. These events include preaching the Gospel, prayer, and the preparation of large pots of traditional goulash soup. Each gathering typically feeds 200–300 people, creating opportunities for fellowship, spiritual encouragement, and meeting urgent physical needs.
Recently, we served approximately 300 people in Stará Ľubovňa, bringing together local leaders, pastors, and community members for a powerful time of ministry and provision.
The cost of one large outreach meal is approximately €300, which feeds over 300 people. These weekly gatherings continue to be a vital expression of God’s love in action.
Despite the challenges and limited funding for newly planted churches, we remain committed to serving faithfully—proclaiming the Gospel, caring for the vulnerable, and strengthening communities.
